Department: Polymer Additives Division

Profile:
  • To establish a market for newly introduced chemical product lines for polymer master batches and compounding industry

  • To increase the sales of existing product lines by building and developing strong working relationship with existing customers

  • Participating in promotional activities of the Polymer Additives Business Unit such as Advertisements, website updation, exhibitions etc.

  • Having a good understanding of the product portfolio, market intelligence, customer buying pattern

Experience:

  • Should have a minimum of 3 - 5 years experience is sales of chemicals

  • Must have solid understanding of sales and business development concept


 

Designation: Senior Sales Officer - Mumbai

Department: Lubricant Additives Division

  • Handling sales of speciality chemicals to the lubricant industry.
  • Introducing new chemical product lines to existing customers.
  • Identifying potential customers.
  • Preparing market intelligence reports.

Experience:

Job Summary

We are looking for an ambitious Accounts Executive to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances.

Preparing financial statements and reporting are a large part of the junior accountant’s day-to-day work. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail.

The goal is to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the department and help the company is fully aware of its financial condition. This way it can make the right decisions and accomplish long term success.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Working in area of Accounts & Finance for day-to-days accounting functions.
  • Bank Reconciliation Statement on daily & monthly basis by using Tally, ERP 9.
  • Posting of accounting entries – Journals, Petty Cash, Expenses, Staff Travel Reimbursements, Receipts & Payments, etc by using Tally, ERP 9.
  • Handling Bank Book and preparation of Cheques / RTGS Forms for supplier’s / vendor's payments & statutory payments.
  • Ensuring that expenses are booked in proper ledger heads, ensure TDS deduction as per sections, ensure GST compliances on expenses, tax on RCM, advance receipts, unregistered dealers, etc.
  • Scrutiny of Sundry Creditors for Expenses & Local Purchases and preparing outstanding list on weekly & monthly basis, required for fund flow planning.
  • Arranging ledger confirmation from vendors & doing reconciliation with our books as when required & yearly for audit purpose.
  • Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
  • Assist seniors in the preparation of monthly / yearly closings, assist with other accounting projects, internal audits, statutory audits, etc.

 Computer Skills: 

  • Knowledge of Tally, ERP 9 with GST.
  • MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, etc).
  • Pivot Table, V Look Up, H Look Up, Excel Formulas, etc.

 Knowledge Skills:

  • Knowledge of accounting practices and principles.
  • Skill in maintaining proper accounting records (files).
  • Excellence in both verbal as well as written communication.
  • Self-motivated, be a team player, well organized and proactive.
