Phoniton Melamine Cyanurate Series :

Presafer MCA series are nitrogen flame retardants, especially suitable for PA6, PA66 without filler and epoxy resin.

 
Applications

MCA -10 - It is a kind of high effective nitrogen halogen free flame retardant. It is very stable when the temperature is lower than 300?. sublimation will happen when the temperature is above 350?. The decomposition temperature of MCA-10 is 440??450?. MCA-10 has small particle size and distribute averagely, can be used in wires and cables made from TPU, pipe made from polyamide and epoxy sealant, etc. It can meet high surface requirement of wires and cables. PA6 and PA66 with MCA-10 can pass the tests of UL 94 V-0 (0.75mm), GWFI 960? and GWIT 750?.

 

MCA -15 – It is nitrogen halogen free flame retardant. MCA-15 is especially suitable for PA6 and PA66 without filler. PA6 and PA66 with MCA-15 can pass the tests of UL 94 V-0 (0.75mm), GWFI 960? and GWIT 750?. MCA-15 is also recommended to used in epoxy resin, MCA-15 combined with APP can reach bromine flame retardant effect without toxic, and it has little effect to viscosity of epoxy resin and has good storage stability
