Designation: Technical Sales Manager
Department: Lubricants Division

Experience: 6-10 years in B2B Sales/Marketing of Lubricants
Job Summary
Your Role:
You will involve in selling Lubricants. You will be a Techno-commercial professional. You will target suitable prospective clients and visit them to achieve this target. You will have set sales targets which you will be expected to achieve each month. You will ideally have a degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry or Mechanical. You will have an excellent command of English, both written and English.
Product Portfolio:
Lubricants Additives, Base oil, Specialty Products like Defoamers, Demulsifiers, Biocides & Chemicals.
Responsibilities as a Sales Manager:
• You will set up meetings with potential clients to fully understand their requirements and follow up for sales.
• You will ensure sales goals are met and deal closure ratio is maximized and report sales data, including activity and opportunity statistics, quotes, pipeline & forecast.
• Travel to different regions to Attend Trade Shows, Exhibitions and Conferences to Network and Identify new Prospects.
• The candidate should be a strong communicator and achiever along with good negotiation skills.
• Implement sales strategies, policies and processes in order to achieve or exceed sales in the respective target Accounts and target markets.
• Ensure orders received are based on acceptable commercial terms, secure payment terms, proper financial instruments etc. to safeguard the Company’s financial interests.
• Follow through with customers for timely payments and debt recovery in line with the agreed contract.
• Prepares sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information through customer meetings.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; preprofessional publications; establishing personal networks; bench-marking state-of-the-art practices; and participating in trade shows.
• To enhance the sale of our various chemical materials.
• To Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and attending trade shows and conferences.
• Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ product, prices, and sales.
