FR Series
Presafer FR series are low halogen environmental flame retardants, mainly applied to polypropylene. With low dosage of FR series can easily pass UL94 V-2.
Applications
FR 1000 – It is a kind of new low halogen environmentally friendly flame retardant with N, P and Br for PP. Compared with bromine-based flame retardant, FR1000 has advantages of low dosage, low bromine content, no migration and no need of Sb2O3. Besides, it is also suitable for mineral filling system and master batch system. Products with FR1000 can pass the tests of UL 94 V-2 (1.5mm), GWFI 850? and GWIT 750?. The bromine content of the product with FR1000 could be controlled to less than 900ppm, which could meet the non-halogen requirement of IEC 61249-2-21. FR1000 is especially developed for the applications of electronic appliance socket, electronic appliance structure and motor parts.
FR 1001 – It is a kind of new low halogen environmentally friendly flame retardant with N, P and Br for Polypropylene. Compared with traditional bromine flame retardant, FR1001 has advantages of low dosage (the lowest dosage of 1.2% could reach UL 94 V-2), low bromine, no migration and no need of Sb?O?. It is also suitable for mineral filling system and high FR content master batch system. Products with FR1001 can pass the tests of UL 94 V-2 (1.5mm), GWFI 850? and GWIT 750?.
