Preniphor EPFR 110 Series
EPFR-110 series is mainly applied to glass fiber reinforced PP, PE, TPE, EVA etc.
Applications
EPFR 110D - It is especially designed for polypropylene, polyethylene and other advanced polyolefin products. EPFR-110D contains acid source, gas source and carbon source, taking flame retardancy effect by intumescent flame retarded mechanism. Flame retarded by EPFR-110D, polyolefin and glass fiber reinforced polyolefin can reach UL 94 V-0 (1.5mm). EPFR-110D has better flame retardancy in solid phase.
EPFR 110T - is a kind of halogen free environmentally friendly flame retardant with N and P, especially designed for TPE, EVA and other high requirement polyolefin products. EPFR-110T contains acid source, gas source and carbon source, taking flame retardancy effect by intumescent flame retarded mechanism. Flame retarded by EPFR-110T, wires and cables can reach UL 94 V-0 (3.0mm) and UL 1581 VW-1. Compared with EPFR-110D, EPFR-110T has smaller particle size, which gives wires and cables smooth surface.
