HW-972
HW-972 is an additive type of brominated flame retardant. It can be used in polystyrene foam, polyolefin, thermoplastic elastomer, textile finishing and plastic coated double-sided leather. HW-972 is an excellent replacement of HBCD.
Applications
HW-972 can be dissolved in acetone, esters. It has good thermal stability and light stability, and has a better flame retardant property than aromatic brominated flame retardant.
